Sage's Corner

Life's little gifts.
I see them everyday,
Could be me simply waking
on a mornings dew day.

I love the smell of flowers
the beauty they share.
How wild they grow
perfuming the air.

I look to the stars
real late at night.
Thinking how lucky I am
to see such a sight.

And when I look back
on the life I’ve lived.
I can't help but be thankful
for life's little gifts.
